Cynthia Edgerly, LCSW, LICSW

I am so inspired to partner/coach with my dear friend and confidant, Coaching Director Molly Schneider. Molly and I are Co-Founders of Well Together, a practice providing consultation, education, and  life coaching to individuals, families, groups, and organizations.

I have a M.S.W. in Clinical Social Work from Boston University, and I am licensed as an independent practitioner in both California and Massachusetts. I have extensive professional, volunteer, and life experience in pediatric, adolescent, family, and geriatric mental health across various settings, including schools, outpatient clinics, developmental services, and healthcare. My special areas of focus include anxiety and depression, parenting, family systems, birth trauma, infertility, mindfulness and meditation, developmental issues, raising medically involved children, and geriatrics.

I firmly believe in the power of togetherness and knowledge to weather and overcome life’s inevitable challenges. I am committed to drawing from my education, professional training, and experiences to partner with you in fostering happiness and fulfillment.  Let’s be WELL TOGETHER—you don’t have to go it alone! 

I am a busy mother of two daughters (ages 13 and 16), as well as a 9-year-old Himalayan cat and a 2-year-old Maltipoo!  I live in San Diego where, when I’m not juggling the duties of work and motherhood, I spend my time volunteering in the community, running, hiking, cooking, and, most importantly, connecting with friends and family.
