Coaching can give you the extra push to achieve your goals, reclaim your purpose, recognize your strengths and work towards the peace, vision and performance that give you comfort. As a coach, I strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your life and your goals. I motivate people to move forward in achieving growth, purpose, peace and direction. As an accountability partner, I am dedicated to keeping you on track, overcoming obstacles and getting out of the fog that gets us stuck.

My professional background begins with 25 years as a business owner (in the the apparel sector), transitioning to mom, teacher, and non-profit director. In parallel pursuit, I obtained my life coach certification (CPC) to broaden my knowledge in a field I enjoy and practice by nature.  My coach training has helped me every day as a professional; My professional experience has helped me every day as a coach. I have enjoyed coaching individuals, executives, students, corporate groups, nonprofits for over 10 years and am anxious to continue to make a difference in people's lives.

As Co-Founder and Coaching Director of Well Together, I am excited to do what I love every day in a meaningful way, alongside our talented and brilliant Clinical Director/Coach Cindy Edgerly. Seeing people transition from fog to clarity, from goals to action, from strikeouts to base hits to home runs is incredibly gratifying..
