At all different times, we all have different needs. Support, community and resilience are key predictors of how successful we are at getting our needs fulfilled.
Cindy and Molly were serendipitously planted as neighbors. Through the years, they were able to lift each other’s spirits, guide each other’s parenting, cope with relationship issues, health issues, suffer through politics, and involve each other in community and broader world issues. Walking, talking and getting together for wine/whine showed them the reality of being Well Together. Borrowing shoes was not only convenient (as they are approximately the same shoe size and admire each other’s shoes), but metaphorically allowed them a chance to put themselves in each other’s shoes and share empathy and hope. Running races showed them that speed doesn’t matter, side by side is what counts.
Overcoming the obstacle of a physical move, they remained rooted in friendship and sisterhood. Building on their personal and professional growth and experience, they decided to put their energy into helping others. They designed Well Together, LLC, with growth, support, resilience, and community in mind. Life is not always easy, but moving towards feeling fulfilled and well is foundational.
Borrowing a cup of sugar is sometimes just that. But it can also be the smile, the sweetness, or just the knowing feeling that there are reserves to borrow from as needed. Cheers to wellness and working towards being Well Together along our way, whatever is along the path.
We are thrilled to have you as part of our wellness community. We are here for you.
